2023年6月4日 · Fwiw, I work for a Zoho partner company and have many companies that use Zoho mail. I've only had a handful of issues over the last 10 years with email delivery from Zoho Mail. Most of those issues were either improper setup or misuse. Zoho is not perfect. They have had issues with email delivery using Zoho campaigns.

2022年4月19日 · With Zillum, it’s more like it’s not clear to me what differences might exist compared to Zoho Mail Lite. Zillium has its own support documentation and I couldn’t really tell if it’s a full Zoho Mail or missing some features. Zillum is a pretty new offering.. they introduced it as a “beta” version 2-3 months ago.

2022年7月8日 · The biggest advantage not to use Zoho Mail but Outlook is in a situation no change is a good change Zoho has integrated option to O365. Having this separation of email to Zoho will create another maintenance task to your IT guys.

2023年9月26日 · Yes, you should setup a CNAME custom domain between ZOHO and your DNS provider (if possible). Many Zoho products have this option including Zoho Mail. If the trouble comes from a different app, then please let us know and we can point you in the right direction.

2022年4月20日 · The issue is caused due to Exchange Online Protection server in Office 365, wrongly identifying a genuine email from Zoho Mail as Spam, i.e, due to a case of 'false positive' in EOP. This issue caused our IP range to be classified as Spam, and hence all the emails from those IP addresses were classified as Spam by Outlook (Office 365) servers.

So, first up, Zoho - it's kind of my budget-friendly secret weapon. I use Zoho Desk and Zoho Sign for some of my stuff, and they've been surprisingly great. It won't break the bank and works well. I've done some integration projects with Zoho CRM and it is pretty nice to work with as well.

2021年3月11日 · On Android I have found the email client 'Nine' has very good support for ZOHO Microsoft Exchange Active Sync. Far better than the ZOHO Android mail app. Instructions for connecting to ZOHO EAS are in their help files. On iOS/MacOS Microsoft Exchange Active Sync is natively supported by its own Mail app.
