X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Raman Spectroscopy present the structural, chemical and optical properties of zinc oxide nanoparticles. Patterns from XRD show that the ZnO nanoparticles with a mean size 25 nm are made from a Wurtzite structure.

2009年11月1日 · Zinc oxide (ZnO) nanoparticles were synthesized by a hydrothermal process at 120 ∘ C. XRD results reveal that the sample product is crystalline with a hexagonal wurtzite phase. TEM results confirm that the morphology of the annealed ZnO is rod shaped with an aspect ratio (length/diameter) of ∼3.2.
