2010年8月21日 · The carb is a Zama C1Q-S34H which is fixed jet with only what appears to be an air screw (reverse thread) for idle adjustment.Symptoms were hard starting, inconsistant idle which couldn't be adjusted and would run out of fuel with an inch still left in the tank.

2015年5月21日 · This has always worked fine for my other 2 cycle engines but the Echo will not start. It does fire when I put gas in it through the carb. I also have an Echo edger with the same engine that did the exact same thing. These both have the Zama RB-K93 carb. I took the carb off the trimmer and cleaned and inspected it.

2010年4月26日 · Below is a break down image of my carb. Item "10" is the plastic plug, and item "11" is the high speed needle. The picture doesn't show the brass insert. On the ZAMA website, they have a parts breakdown of a generic RB type carb, but they call it a "main jet" and they say to remove it to clean it.

2014年2月28日 · The main reason of the post was to provide a solution (that worked for us) when the zama RB carbs do not work after a simple spraying of things and a quick reassembly with a new carb kit. Lots of people, including ourselves, take these things apart, clean them, and put them back together only to not have them work a high percentage of times.

2016年4月28日 · Trying to get a 2011 Husqvarna 125B with a Zama C1Q-W37 carburetor running. It ran badly when I got it. Had crud in the carb screen so I cleaned it all out. Put it all back together, and when I primed it, fuel came pouring out of the carburetor into the main tube where it gets sucked into the cylinder (the venturi?).

2008年8月28日 · Any you wouldn't need a membrane carb to begin with, just a regular float. 2-strokes and membrane carbs go hand in hand, both operate in any position. Oh and Dave, I ride bikes too :drinkup: Zamba sounds like house dance or voodoo. Anyway, Zama (owned by Stihl) had several faulty batches of carbs.

2007年3月26日 · One of the most important factors in a successful diaphragm carburetor rebuild is cleanliness. Any dirt, or a dusty situation can ruin your carb rebuild. Use a very clean work area, clean tools, clean cloths. Before you disassemble the carb clean the outside really well. When you have it open, use compressed air to clean the passage ways.
