A Yagi–Uda antenna, or simply Yagi antenna, is a directional antenna consisting of two or more parallel resonant antenna elements in an end-fire array; [1] these elements are most often metal rods (or discs) acting as half-wave dipoles. [2]

The Yagi antenna's overall basic design consists of a "resonant" fed dipole (the fed dipole is the driven element and in the picture above and the second from the left side ), with one or more parasitic elements.

2020年9月15日 · What does a yagi antenna look like? The Yagi antenna is easy to recognize. It has one long rod that points at the tower and a series of smaller elements that run at angles away from the center rod. Sometimes those elements are perpendicular, and sometimes they angle so that the whole thing looks like an arrow.

Ever since Dr Yagi patented his eponymous aerial in 1926 people have been trying to improve and adapt it. At the present time there are four main versions, the “conventional” Yagi, the “Double” Yagi, the “Tri Boom” Yagi and the “X Beam” Yagi, see picture (below) of all four types.

The Yagi-Uda. antenna or Yagi Antenna is one of the most brilliant antenna designs. It is simple to construct and has a high gain , typically greater than 10 dB. The Yagi-Uda antennas typically operate in the HF to UHF bands (about 3 MHz to 3 GHz), although their bandwidth is typically small, on the order of a few percent of the center frequency.
