The Yamaha XJ900 is a motorcycle manufactured by Yamaha from 1983. It was a development of the original Yamaha XJ model, the XJ 650, which was the foundation for the entire XJ series. In its original incarnation, the XJ900 had an air-cooled, double overhead camshaft, 853 cc (52.1 cu in) 4-stroke, 4-cylinder, 8-valve engine.

2018年3月20日 · The Yamaha XJ900 F was a half faired sports touring bike manufactured by Yamaha between 1985 and 1994 (in the UK). The XJ900 had an 891cc inline 4 cylinder engine, shaft drive and a ‘bikini’ style top fairing. Later models also had a belly pan as standard.

Not Yamaha's most glamorous model, the XJ900 Diversion is nevertheless a long-running, popular bike. First introduced to replace the XJ900 in 1994, it is an excellent budget tourer. The 892cc air-cooled engine is dated, but has proved its economy and reliability since first appearing in the 1985 XJ900.
