2015年9月26日 · A former Piedmont Airlines Boeing 737-200, the pictured 737-201 XA-UHZ (msn 21816), leased to Cubana de Aviation, crashed on takeoff from Havana. Authorities later confirmed 105 passengers (including one infant) and six crew members were on the flight. Three people were rescued from the crash scene but have extensive injuries.
