2012年4月1日 · The XT350 benefits greatly from 2 cheap upgrades. 47T rear sprocket lowers top gear rpm by about 800, making a huge difference in street manners with no noticeable (for me) low end torque loss. Race tech rider weight matched fork springs and 20wt oil solve both the braking dive and the falling into corners.

The XT350 has great torque, is pretty light, reliable, and generally a good bike for what you describe (short commute+lots of trails). It also has crappy suspension and a funky carb that is hard to tune because jets are hard to find. The is little to no aftermarket support.
