2019年4月15日 · In this paper, we report on the preparation of the SmNbO 4 (SNO) and tantalate SmTaO 4 (STO) precursors by sol-gel method from Nb and Ta-tartrate solutions at the same experimental conditions. XPS measurements have been done in order to investigate the chemical composition and bonding state of the SNO and STO phosphor powders.
