Silver | XPS Periodic Table | Thermo Fisher Scientific - US
Silver compounds are typically X-ray sensitive. Ag3d region has well-separated spin-orbit components (Δ metal =6.0eV). Peaks have asymmetric peak shape for metal. Loss features are observed to higher binding energy side of each spin-orbit component for Ag metal. Small binding energy shifts for compounds, such as oxides.
X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy: Silver salts revisited
2012年7月20日 · One powerful spectroscopy to characterize surfaces is the X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) that allows the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the elements present in a thickness less than 10 nm.
XPS study of silver, nickel and bimetallic silver–nickel nanoparticles ...
2012年9月1日 · The chemical structure of silver, nickel and bimetallic silver–nickel nanoparticles, i.e. Ag, Ni and AgNi NPs, with sizes ≤35 nm, obtained by derived seed-mediated growth method on transparent and conductive indium tin oxide (ITO) substrates, has been studied by a comparative X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) analysis of Ag 3d, Ni 2p ...

High-resolution XPS spectra for Ag 0 show metallic behavior with 3d 5/2 level at 368.2 eV and 3d 3/2 level at 374.2 eV, confirmed by the loss feature/plasmon peak at 371.8 eV.
The XPS spectra of Ag3d3/2 and Ag3d5/2 from pure silver with native...
XRD is used to evaluate the crystallinity, SEM is used to study the surface morphology, and XPS is used to determine the elemental composition of AgSrS. The BET measurements show a higher surface...

Using transmission electron microscopy together with energy dispersive x-ray spectra (which maps the element concentration across the BiFeO3/Ag interface) and x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, we...
Silver Spectra – AgO - The International XPS Database 1
The XPS Spectra section provides raw and processed survey spectra, chemical state spectra, BE values, FWHM values, and overlays of key spectra. Atom% values from surveys are based on sample, as received, and Scofield cross-sections. Atom% values are corrected for IMFP and PE. Peak-fits are guides for practical, real-world applications.
