2020年5月17日 · it seems the above link is about installing XPS Document Writer and writing to XPS format. I am not facing any issues in writing the XPS document either from IE or from Edge. The only problem I have is in opening already saved XPS files in Edge Browser(as I mentioned above opening XPS files in IE or XPS viewer is working perfectly).

Copy and paste this folder to C Drive\Windows\System32. Open Devices and Printers using Windows key+ R to get the run box and type Control.exe Printers and press Enter.

2023年3月23日 · Tried that, said it was successful, but still not seeing XPS viewer anywhere. Restarted my computer and still nothing. Control Panel > Programs & Features > Turn windows features on/off does not show XPS viewer listed. Settings > Apps > Optional features > add optional feature - when I type XPS nothing shows up, and click next is not available

If you are unable to insert PDFs as printouts in OneNote, try using the OneNote app that is available in the Microsoft Store. This app is designed for touch-based devices and may not require the XPS Essentials Pack.
