Welcome to the Wyoming Immunization Registry (WyIR) Web Application This web application allows enrolled users to conveniently search for patients in the Wyoming Immunization Registry and to view the patients' vaccination record.

Providers use the WyIR to determine appropriate client vaccinations, track and forecast vaccine inventory needs, and estimate immunization coverage. The WyIR helps providers update patient history, send reminder/recall alerts to patients, and more.

Most healthcare providers in Wyoming use or are connected to the Wyoming Immunization Registry (WyIR). Please check with your provider to ask if they can give you a complete immunization record for you or your child. They can print it from the WyIR or from their own medical record system.
