In 1966, the high school’s concert and marching bands were formed when the Williamstown, Tower City, and Wiconisco High Schools combined to form the Williams Valley School District. The school colors, blue and white with a touch of red, came from the school colors of the merged schools. A football program from the first season of the new district.
