Willamette Pass Ski Patrol is a volunteer organization that provides free medical assistance to any injured skier or snowboarder and promotes safe and enjoyable skiing and riding at Willamette Pass Ski Area. The ski area is located in the Cascade Mountains about 70 miles southeast of Eugene, Oregon.

Established on 12 May 2017, the World Ports Sustainability Program is managed by the International Association of Ports and Harbors (IAPH), the global voice for ports worldwide. Guided by the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Guided by the 17 UN SDGs the program wants to enhance and coordinate future sustainability efforts of ports worldwide and foster international cooperation with partners in the supply chain.

The WPSP Portfolio aims to be the most coherent and up-to-date global database of port related projects on sustainable development. Through the WPSP portfolio, ports worldwide and WPSP partner organisations, raise awareness on their ongoing work on sustainability, share their experiences and provide inspiration.

Despite being a small patrol from a small ski area, WPSP still managed to make a splash in the much bigger pond of the National Ski Patrol. Four Willamette Pass patrollers were asked to serve as NSP patrollers for the 1960 Olympics at Squaw Valley, and three accepted.

Interested in joining our patrol? The award winning Willamette Pass Ski Patrol is a close-knit group of men and women, aged 15 to 82, who volunteer at the Willamette Pass Resort. Each year we draw talented applicants from a variety of backgrounds to work with us as patrollers, mountain hosts and youth patrollers.
