2024年12月25日 · I literally watched through Hxh up to the chimera ant arc a month or two ago, Nen efficiency is said multiple times to also effect how fast/well you learn that skill, it's part of why it's said to be a waste of time to focus on training skills you're bad at, because it takes more time to learn and you'll be weak with it regardless.
