I am aware of the "shrink to fit" option when printing but it isnt what I'm after as it doesnt rescale the document contents but just allows me to print the document to a page.

2018年8月16日 · Since a recent Microsoft Office update, my Microsoft Word format is messed up and won't allow me to change it. It is displayed as an Argentia Page size with no margins, and Word won't allow me to change either. I tried changing under "Layout->Size" as well as under "Format->Document->Page Setup," but neither mended the issue.

All instructions I can find say scan it as a PDF, and Word will change it to an editable Word document, but all I get is "We're having trouble opening this PDF. It exceeds the maximal page size supported by Word", even for a single, not very full, page of text.

2012年8月29日 · I'm dealing with a document that has large Visio drawings that need to go on 11x14 pages, but most of the document should be on 8x11 pages. Can I do this by creating a new section each time I need to change the page size? Or is there any easier way to do this? This document will probably be between 40-50 pages in length.

2022年2月6日 · With using the Microsoft Print to PDF option, the non-western font prints fine, but it saved the document to PDF file page size 8.5x11, which leaves a big gap at the bottom of the page when it is printed. See the screenshots below. I checked the page size setup when printed to PDF, and the page size is the same as the original Word document.

Open Word > Page Layout Tab > Size, down below there is More Paper Size > In Paper tab choose Custom Size > here you can specify the size which you want. The measurements are in inches there i.e. 8.5"" is 8.5 inches. Hence, you can specify 6" in width.
