W&LE 2662 leads train 431 on the fomer PRR Ft. Wayne Line (now operated by the Chicago, Ft. Wayne and Eastern). Train is approaching Sugar Street diamond and the connection to the former DT&I. The 431 enters the connection to the former DT&I tracks at Sugar Street.

The W&LE rebuilt WE 2662 with a low short hood in 2024/2025. It was repainted and renumbered as WE 106 to fill the open number slot in the roster that was created when the first 106 was retired in 2018 following a wreck. Prior to rebuilding as WE 2662:
