2024年8月22日 · Nexstar Media Group said stations it owns in five more markets will become affiliates of The CW, the Nexstar-owned network, starting in September and October. The CW will be carried on digital subchannels of WJBF, Augusta, Georgia; KARD, Monroe, Louisiana; KFDX, Wichita Falls, Texas; WTWO, Terre Haute, Indiana; and WFXV, Utica, New York.

WFXV, a Fox affiliate, was acquired by Nexstar Broadcasting in late 2003. WFXV also operates low power station WPNY, the My Network TV affiliate in the market. The combined resources of WFXV, WPNY-LP, and WUTR provide operating efficiencies for all three stations and a viable alternative for area advertisers.

2024年8月23日 · A commercial broadcast TV network is changing Augusta affiliates. Nexstar Media Group, the company that owns station WJBF-TV, announced Aug. 22 that Augusta's Channel 6 will join four other Nexstar stations in supporting the Nexstar-owned CW Network on their digital subchannels.
