Viewing Claim Status - WebCms
A "dirty" claim is one that has been worked on by an outside estimator or independent adjustor and someone other than the inside file handler (to display in your status list, the claim must have been handled by a minimum of two people). A "diary" date claim is a future claim (currently 4 days) which can be used to remind you of necessary follow-ups.

To enter a new estimate: 1. Select the Add New Claim option from the menu bar. The Set Status screen displays. 2. Click the Assignment radio button (if not already selected). 3. Click Add.
