2020年5月9日 · The carbon fouling or copper fouling inhibitor in WC842 seems appealing on its face, and oddly, from what little I did come across, it seems people have reported good results loading heavier 75gr and 77gr projectiles despite 842 having a faster burn rate than H335/844. If that's the case, that added flexibility would be a plus as well.

2012年3月5日 · SMP842 was spawned from the military's switch to "no-lead" bullets. As lead free bullets tend to be softer and leave more material in the bore. Notice I only said TENDS, in case there are some die-hard Barnes fans. 842 is the replacement powder (replacing WC844) for the M855 round. It is now called M855A1 EPR.

2013年2月3日 · I picked up some WC 842 surplus powder and 2000 pieces of Lake City brass from Profire Arms and Supply . I was able to secure 1000 Armscor 55gn FMJBT bullets and some Tulammo 223 PRIMERS (KVB223M) amongst the madness online. I googled and googled until my fingers hurt and couldn't find anything solid about loading WC842.
