2008年7月30日 · Games with single-sided counters could be mounted on magnets, and then the board could be mounted on metal, for example. (I'm thinking in terms of The Russian Campaign, for example). I would love to mount A Victory Lost, but it seems like I would have to have a double of every counter due to their being double sided counters.

I’m thinking of installing floating shelves to hold the really big games because I’m hoping that will look nicer than sloppily stacking them directly on top of the Walmart shelves. She took the pieces to Axis & Allies and vintage Clue and put them in shadowbox frames (less than $10.00 per frame, probably cheapest at Ikea).

2012年5月31日 · Either is fine with me, I prefer paper maps than most mounted maps from wargame companies, unlike many Euro games, these mounted maps use sub-par materials and warp easier (made worst by being in humid Hong Kong.) Even the really deluxe wargame mounted maps don't really compare well with most Fantasy Flight stuff.
