I think I can deal with the fact that the WR has about 90 hp less than my current bike, but what I really am concerned about is the engine longevity on this bike. You'll want to make that performance permanent. So I did the standard mods. Part of that was to change the way the bike was fueled.

2017年10月19日 · I considered these bikes when shopping for my 250, but it really came down to me not wanting to deal with the maintenance schedules. I liked Betas the best for what it is worth. For me, the power is nice, but it's more of a novelty outside of competition.

2014年4月9日 · New WR owner here picked up my 08 monday and I know the forks haven't be serviced since then and the right fork seal is completely blown. I'm taking it in for service this week and am wondering if the standard 5w oil is going to be best for my size and weight.

The forks on the WR are definitely better, but you may still need them re-sprung. Either way both are good bikes. The WR is a bit lighter in weight, but the CRF is fantastically balanced and smooth. There are positives to each, so I'd say look at the shortcomings of each based on the terrain you plan to ride most.
