The VBR-PDW is a personal defense weapon designed and manufactured by VBR-Belgium. The VBR-PDW is a double-action personal defense weapon chambered for 7.92×24mm rounds. It is a select-fire weapon with a retractable buttstock and integrated foregrip. It also has three in-built sights; iron sights, as well as two flip-up aperture sights.

2020年11月17日 · The VBR-PDW is a double action PDW designed by Rik Van Bruaene. It is chambered for 7.92×24mm rounds. It is select fire with a retractable buttstock and integrated foregrip. It has both iron sights and flip-up aperture sights. Interestingly, it can also be chambered in 9x19mm Parabellum, allowing it to take standard Glock magazines.

The PDW Sidearm was originally developed in Roeselare (the north sea side of Belgium) and was intended to support the rise of the Flemish Arms Industry. That is why the FSDIP lion (Symbol of Flemish Survival & Defense Industries) was depicted on the handgrip of the first original PDW -Sidearm drawings.
