2022年12月3日 · Despite his wowhead page's comments, the only way you have to make him spawn is in Heroic mode, and it simply has low chance to spawn after the very first boss. A text message on chat will appear in orange to let you know he spawned.

2023年5月18日 · Only found in Heroic Seat of the Triumvirate and the MOB itself has a mount level spawn rate. I have killed it 14 times and received Vixx’s Chest of Tricks toy 9 times (32% drop chance) and still not gotten the Unstable Portal Emitter (16% drop chance). I have entered this instance for 5 days now on 13 characters a day and not seen a single spawn.
