2023年8月25日 · In Areyonga, about 200km west of Alice Springs and known locally as Utju, the first language is Pitjantjatjara – one of the strongest Indigenous languages in a country where so many are disappearing or already gone. And the Anangu, or people, wanted it to stay that way. In the early 1970s, Areyonga School had around 70 students.
