UPS is literally taking info that merchants innocently gave UPS to let the merchants’ buyers track an order and then auto-creating accounts on those buyers’ behalf without ever asking for permission from either the buyers or the merchants.

In my case, the issue was that the MyChoice account had a main email of a very old work email, with the back-up email set to my current gmail address.

2022年2月6日 · Login on a ups work computer and it will not require 2factor. Then change your phone number. You will need to do this for hr to call you if you sign a job bid. But you dont need that for a w2 reissue. Adp handles that. not ups. Log on to my.adp.com website and request an electronic copy of your W-2.

1026 PST and I am seeing this issue. Somehow its only on my desktop -- my phone accesses fine. Cleared cache -- worked for a moment an no avail second attempt. If it is urgent, highly suggest using UPS on your mobile. I run a business that relies on UPS, so I am having to manage from my phone as my computer is spotty. Sigh. Hope it is fixed soon.

2024年5月4日 · Years ago I setup MyChoice to use my Facebook login for account access. Today, I go to log in to the UPS App and notice I am logged out and FB login is no longer an option. I head to the website, where it is a login, but I get stuck a loop wanting me to accept the new technology terms - I accept, but then get kicked back to the login over and over.
