KCOP-TV (channel 13), branded Fox 11 Plus, is a television station in Los Angeles, California, United States, serving as the West Coast flagship station of MyNetworkTV. It is owned and operated by Fox Television Stations alongside Fox outlet KTTV (channel 11).

The United Paramount Network (UPN) was an American broadcast television network that operated from 1995 to 2006.

Following the announcement of the shut down of UPN (whose programming would be merged with The WB to form The CW), all Fox-owned UPN stations, including KCOP, dropped the UPN name and logo from their on-air branding. KCOP reverted to their former "Channel 13" branding with a new logo (an altered version of 2002-06 UPN era logo).

KCOP became the network's Los Angeles station, which debuted on January 16, 1995 (this made channel 13 a UPN owned-and-operated station through Chris-Craft's ownership of the network – later part-ownership once Viacom bought 50% of UPN from Chris-Craft in 1996). At the network's launch, KCOP served as UPN's West Coast "flagship" station.
