The UCSB Recreation Center contains two gymnasia, weight rooms, racquetball courts, a squash court, swimming pools, a pottery studio, and locker rooms. The MAC (or Multi-Activity Court) is also located within the Recreation Center.

The Department of Recreation offers 1-month/3-month/1-year memberships to all within the UCSB community and surrounding areas. All 1-month memberships can only be sold to each individual twice, except in special circumstances.

Make a splash at the UCSB Recreation Center pools! We offer 2 beautiful, newly plastered pools and a spa. Our outdoor pools include the Olympic size "Large Pool" with attached Dive Well and the "Small Pool" a 25yd, 9-lane all shallow teaching pool.
