Saying we trust God is one thing, but when we really trust Him and lean on Him, we enter His rest. It’s a special kind of rest that you can have even in the middle of difficult circumstances. Everything doesn’t have to be perfect and you don’t have to have all the answers, but you are trusting God to take care of you.

God had to teach me to leave things alone and quit feeling that I needed to know everything. I finally learned to trust the One who knows all things and accept that some questions may never be answered. We prove that we trust God when we refuse to worry. God wants us to live by discernment—revelation knowledge, not head knowledge.

But thank God, I’ve experienced radical transformation in my soul. And the key was developing a habit of learning to trust God at all times, in every area of my life. What It Means to Trust God. Trusting God is simply believing that He loves you and knowing He’s good, He has the power to help you, and He wants to help you.

John 6:29 (AMPC) says, This is the work (service) that God asks of you: that you believe in the One Whom He has sent [that you cleave to, trust, rely on, and have faith in His Messenger]. As you are quiet before the Lord at the end of your day, believe and lean your entire personality on Him in absolute trust and confidence.
