2011年11月14日 · I think the jacket designer is at fault as your key phrase to me is that the xmas tree clashed "with topside piping". Unless the jacket designer can show that they sent the drawing to the drilling contractor which included ALL the relevant piping, then how was the drilling contractor supposed to know about the topside piping.
