Atlas The Traction Engine is a watercolour showing the traction engine made famous by Fred Dibnah when Atlas was driven in one of his television series. Atlas is a 16 ½ ton, heavy road locomotive, registration number VM 2110, which was built in 1928 by John Fowler & Co. in Leeds.
