If Toyota engine knock exists as you suggest, I'm sure we'll hear about it! But as of yet, there hasn't been nearly the response for Toyota engine knock as there has been for GMC engine knock. Good advice given by all. Will take delivery on a 2002 Silverado soon. My wife took her car to have rear brakes installed and I had to pick her up with my Toyota truck with my 2-1/2 year old. The only was we fit was with the childs seat in the passenger postion and my wife in the middle. Good thing she's 4'11" and petite or we wouldn't have fit.
