2017年2月13日 · A friend gave me a 1980 Toro 724 with the original H70 engine that a neighbor had given up on. It looks like it was generally well maintained but I think there was some water in the fuel at some point so the carb was in pretty bad shape. It roars to life when spraying starting fluid down the throat but shuts down immediately after that.

2011年1月4日 · It will be a Tecumseh number, not a Toro number. 1995 Toro 38072 lists the engine number as HSK70-130282S. OK, that is odd. Toro lists the starter as 33329D. Partstree lists the starter for the engine Toro claims is on there as 33328D

2019年11月26日 · The sound you hear is the snubber pulley engaging against the V belt drive for the snow blower. It is normal for it to make this sound. I have the same sound on my 2 cycle TORO GTS CCR 3000 snow pup and the 2 cycle TORO S200 snow pup its older brother. It is the sound of the snubber pulley contacting the serpentine drive belt.

2018年11月26日 · I bought a brand new Snowmaster 724 QXE last October. Today I had to use it for the first time. I put a new spark plug in it, changed the oil, and put fresh gas in it (I made sure to buy the Toro 5w30 oil and buy the correct spark plug, along with setting the gap according to the manual specifications).

2015年10月12日 · New poster here. I have a (new-to-me) Toro 724 (model 38072), and I want to make sure I'm doing the lubrication properly. I was at my local Toro dealer last week getting some oil, and asked about what I should be doing to grease the augers. They told me there would be grease fitting on there, and that I should just get a grease gun and fill those.
