Tom Spencer (born 30 June 1967) is an English singer, guitarist and songwriter. He is the current frontman for the punk rock band The Professionals.

Hubert Thomas Spencer (born February 28, 1951) is an American former Major League Baseball outfielder. He played during one season at the major league level for the Chicago White Sox. After his playing career, he began a career managing in the minor leagues.

Then, since water resources and environment are paramount to him, he joined the Texas Living Waters project as program director.
