2021年3月31日 · The Variant Tiefling from the Sword Coast Adventurer's Guide lets you replace the Infernal Legacy trait with wings. You can fly 30ft/turn when not wearing heavy armor. That said, if the Variant mechanics are too much of a stretch or just not desired, I see no reason why you shouldn't be able to have vestigial wings for flavor-only!
Is there any way though feats for a non-caster tiefling to get wings?

Using Aasimar as your standard, there are several ways to gain wings by level 10 like the Aasimar. They won't be racial, but they'll be wings. A few bloodlines grant wings at 9 for a for a sorcerer.

Maybe they transgressed against the higher planes and were turned into a tiefling. Or heck, maybe they transgressed against the lower planes and their tiefling wings were cursed to look like those poncy celestial.

2016年3月4日 · A Tiefling variant (SCAG) gains flight at 1st level. Is this game breaking? What kind of problems could this produce? I know that Fly is a 3rd level spell usually granted at 5th level, and draconic-bloodline sorcerers get wings and flight at 14th level.

Pg 62 Xanathar's Guide. 1-4 Both parents were humans, their infernal heritage dormant until you came along. 5-6 One parent was a tiefling and the other was a human. 7 One parent was a tiefling and the other was a devil.
