2024年7月29日 · The thumbs up icon is in Word for Windows as well. I am not aware of a way to get rid of it. For now, it is possible to turn off the modern comments, at least in Word for Windows. This will also get rid of the thumb icon.

2012年12月3日 · I have this same problem and can't get the folders to change the file view in my libraries. and there isn't anything on file explorer besides using control panel to change the folder options. the arrangement is limited in that I didn't see any box to click to change the picture thumbnail to a preview instead of the standard icon of it's type.

1. I am assuming that in File Explorer > View > Extra large icons. large icons or medium icons - One of them is checked, As these are only views which would show a thumbnail of picture.
