Despite hunting it hard, Kline hadn’t even seen the big-woods giant once from a stand; his only sightings were from his truck and a trail camera picture.

Oct 2, 2018 · I’ve been scouting this huge chunk of Northern Wisconsin big woods for a while now, and haven’t been able to locate any buck beds. I’ve checked points on hills, transition between foliage types, and wetlands. So far I’ve only spotted 3-4 rubs nowhere near each other, and only one or two scrapes, that haven’t been freshened up in quite some time.
