Kuntao or kuntau (Chinese: 拳道; pinyin: quándào; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: kûn-thâu, Tagalog: kuntaw) is a Hokkien term for the martial arts of the Chinese community of Southeast Asia, specifically the Malay Archipelago. It is most commonly practiced in and associated with Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines and Singapore.

Kuntao is a martial art that originated in South-East Asia, making it one of the oldest and most complex fighting systems in existence. Its origins can be traced back to the 16th century, when Chinese settlers migrated to Indonesia, Malaysia and other parts of South-East Asia.

The Tao Institute is a complete Internal Martial Arts system that contains both traditional and modern methods. This system has been created, carefully curated and continuously refined by master martial artist, Sifu Frank J. Paolillo, over the course of nearly 5 decades.

The Daoguang Emperor (16 September 1782 – 26 February 1850), also known by his temple name Emperor Xuanzong of Qing, personal name Mianning, was the eighth emperor of the Qing dynasty, and the sixth Qing emperor to rule over China proper. His reign was marked by "external disaster and internal rebellion".

Grandmaster Wang Tao is known as the United State's official Sanda and Kickboxing Head Judge, as well as a local legend among Chinese Americans in the DFW Metroplex for his student's jaw-dropping performances and progressive teaching environment.

My research lies in the field of robot learning and computer vision, with a particular emphasis on devising scalable, AI powered algorithms and systems that enable robots to perceive and act in the real world. I received my Ph.D. from Tsinghua University, advised by Fuchun Sun. I visited the University of Pennsylvania, working with Jianbo Shi.
