Tamiya LP48 Sparkling Silver and MRP-31 Chrome
2025年2月14日 · A gem I picked up recently is that Tamiya's lacquer LP48 'Sparkling Silver' is NOT some metal-flake paint suitable for cars but, when sprayed over a polished black base, in fact dries as a bright chrome. MRP also does a lacquer paint that dries as chrome with a darker look to it (perhaps more like a nickel finish).

I tried to cover the seats in leather and made them worse.
