2008年8月13日 · For the LS3, most seem to go with the NGK TR55. I have even seen some recommend the TR6's, but they are one heat range colder, and usually used for forced induction applications. I know that hundreds if not thousands of tuners, shops, and individuals have replaced their plugs on the LS3. Some replies would be greately appreciated.

2012年8月14日 · An AC Delco 41-104 is the same heat range as a TR6 and is an all round better plug. I'm running them on my heads/cam LS3. I've also used them on supercharged LS3's up over 660 rwhp. New LS7's and LS9's come from the factory with the 41-104's. The only good attribute TR6's have is they are cheap.

2014年2月7日 · The iridium version of the TR6 is ok, but too cold unless you are running a decent amount of boost. The stock ACDelcos are a good plug. If you prefer NGKs, the TR5 heat range plug is about stock, but get the iridium version of that also, not the copper (NGK 7243/TR5-1IX).

I've tested this first hand and it works. I was told over and over tr6 was ok for a 150 shot. My 150 shot on that plug did a best of 9.88. After finding this info I put the br7ef in (my only change) went 9.89 on a 100 shot and 9.75 on a fat 150 shot.

2022年1月29日 · I've run NGK TR6's with either MSD or Taylor wires on a 800hp twin turbo, cammed LS2 with ZERO issues for over a decade. AC Delco 41-104 plugs and Taylor ThunderVolt 8.2 wires. Stock wires and plugs, one range colder. If your looking for a little bit more, index the plugs. Moroso makes the indexing washers or get two sets of plugs and try to match.

2009年3月24日 · TR6 is good to 100hp over. IF you aren't pulling timing from predetonation on stockers or TR55s leave them. I run TR6s in my 12 to 1 402 with excellent results, no fouling or predetonation trouble.
