Styles are alternate versions of action items, cosmetic items and weapons. Introduced in the Hatless Update on April 14, 2011, styles enable the player to alter the visual form of an item at any time. Styles applied to items do not affect the painted status or tradability of the item. The style of an item can be changed in a class's loadout screen.
