Across the Earth, buildings and parks sit abandoned as everyone has disappeared. Sam and Jack walk through the empty streets, and Dean pulls up in the Impala and greets them. They compare notes, and realize that everyone else is gone. Dean says that Castiel is dead, having sacrificed himself to save Dean from Billie by summoning the Empty.
