The specific class we chose, it started with a wire piece of silver and we didn't have a choice in metal. We had to measure our fingers and calculate how long to make it (bc it will get longer when you hammer it) bend it to make an oval then we had to solder it, put it in some liquid for a reason I forgot why, then shape and hammer it and polish it.
