2022年1月10日 · St. John's Wort definitely works for treating mild to moderate depression. You have to be very consistent, take it every day. You should notice some change in a week or two. It's different for everyone. Some people I've talked to didn't notice anything. I took it for about 3 months and it was very helpful but it has to be a short term fix.

Take breaks if you continue to use St Johns wort. Make sure you are aware of potential side effects and discontinue use if you experience them frequently.

2021年6月18日 · It might work for you, it might not. It fucks with pretty much every medication out there. So if you’re taking ANYTHING ELSE, DO NOT TAKE ST JOHNS WORT. It will either stop other meds working, or with some even turn perfectly safe things lethal.
