2021年9月15日 · I was in an accident in 2006 without insurance and there was a court case from April of 2006. My license was suspended. I am looking to see if I can file the SR-88 form to have my license reinstated since nothing has happened since the first court filing in 2006. How do I find out if there have been additional filings since this time?

2020年9月14日 · The Form SR-11 and SR-88 are both available on the Texas DPS website. The Form SR-88 has to be filled out by the Clerk of the Court that issued the Judgment against you. The SR-11 has to be signed by the person who you have settled with, and since you have not settled with anyone, then an SR-11 is not the way for you to go.

2024年9月17日 · The compliance requirements state that i can submit:SR-22 and Judgment Creditor's Consent to Allow License and Registration (Form SR-84) OR. Certification of No Execution on Dormant Judgment (Form SR-88) after ten or more years have elapsed from original date of judgment. I am not sure how to certify or acquire these SR-84 or SR-88 forms.
