2016年10月26日 · With the help of a newly acquired 3D Printer, and the knowledge gained from creating the Halo Armor, I decided to create a Dark Helmet Costume. Step 1 - Obtain a pepakura file of the Helmet. For that, I used Dark Helmet helmet by Darkside501st. I have to give the creators of the pdo files a lot of credit for their time and effort contributed.

2014年10月31日 · By chance I was contacted by a client who wanted the helmet done for Halloween so I took the commission and built this helmet for him. I made molds so that I could make more of them. I started out by making the 3D model and unfolding it in Pepakura Designer.

Browsing through all of the awesome posts here, I came across some various versions, the favorite of which is gorgot3000's thermoformed parts. So that's where I am going with this.
