Soyuz 32 (Russian: Союз 32, Union 32) was a 1979 Soviet crewed space flight to the Salyut 6 space station. [2] It was the eighth mission to and seventh successful docking at the orbiting facility. The Soyuz 32 crew was the third long-duration crew to man the space station.

2023年1月27日 · Launch from the Baikonur Cosmodrome and landing of the unmanned Soyuz 32 capsule 295 km northwest of Dzheskasgan. The crew landed with Soyuz 34 186 km southeast of Dzheskasgan. Following a one-day solo flight Soyuz 32 docked with Salyut 6 on February 26, 1979. The cosmonauts became the third resident crew.

Soyuz 32 was a manned Soviet mission launched from the Baikonur cosmodrome and carried cosmonauts V.A. Lyakhov and V.V. Ryumin to the Salyut 6 space station in order to conduct scientific investigations and experiments, and to do repair work. It returned to Earth unmanned and was recovered on June 15, 1979 at 16:18 GMT.

Soyuz 32 returned to Earth unmanned with a cargo of experiment results and malfunctioning Salyut 6 equipment. The equipment was of interest to space station engineers. On 14 June the Soviets transferred Soyuz 34 from the aft port to the front port by rotating Salyut 6.
