2015年10月4日 · I think sorbothane is rather ok, it´s no miracle but it will partly work. The problem is to get a reasonable resonance frequency together what is placed upon it. Also the damping is a bit too high, which means instead of absorbing the forces, they are partly transmitted through the sorbothane. Not bad but no miracle.

2021年5月24日 · Update: tried some cheapo sorbothane semi spheres and no real change or improvement - some bloom in upper bass / low mid still remained. Plumped for the iso pucks - 3 under each speaker and its tightened up that bass rather well and no longer feel vibtations through wooden floor. Result!

The feet are great but the extra sorbothane "pucks" did not improve the sound at all, but they did not degrade it either and you can't too much of damping. My take is if you have the extra cash it is a maybe, but I am sure the hockey pucks will do a fine job too.

2020年1月31日 · Until then, I have a 3" Maple Butcher Block under my TT. I've tried the Sorbothane Pads between the four corners of the Block. Also tried the Iso-Pads under each corner. The best material that I've come up with to date is a sheet of foam Sonic Barrier between the Block and the Rack.
