2022年11月1日 · In this work, the prepared TCO material SnO 2 has been characterized by XRD, UV–vis, Hall effect measurement, Thickness measurement, FESEM and EDX. From the XRD analysis we can conclude the crystallinity is increased after annealing. It is confirmed by the number of peaks observed after annealing and the improvement in the intensity of the peaks.
