DeepSkyStacker is a freeware for astrophotographers that simplifies all the pre-processing steps of deep sky pictures. Registering. Stacking. Simple post-stacking processes to quickly view the final result. Saving the resulting image to a TIFF or FITS file (16 or 32 bit)

The process involves stacking multiple images of your deep-sky object together and processing the high-resolution .TIF file created by DeepSkyStacker. The more exposures you have captured on your target, the better your signal-to-noise ratio will be.

I am asking for what image formst and size of image works; tiff, psdd, jpg, etc? How many mpx? and were are the files stored? Also, here is a little trick for you which will not find in the video's.
