TPV and SHEV holders who first arrived in Australia before 14 February 2023 can now apply online for a RoS visa through ImmiAccount . They must apply before their TPV or SHEV ceases. The online application form includes a notification of a section 46A application bar lift.

Permanent pathway for TPV and SHEV visa holders
